Bipolar and Excessive Spending

Here is a little  help  for  people  who  during  their  manic episodes, go  on  an  excessive  spending.  I  my  self  have  a huge  problem  with  that. I  spend  and then  I  feel like  the  lowest  person  on the  planet.
